I just watched the Close before you Doze video. I tried to comment on that forum but somehow I added the sum improperly or I can't see the numbers well enough to add the sum in that form correctly. So thought I'd leave my comment here instead. - Wow! I actually normally sleep with my door closed, yet last year I had an incident where when I awoke & tried to walk out of my bedroom I was unable, the doorknob no longer worked. I was trapped in my bedroom. It was frightening. In the end I had to remove the door from its hinges to get out. So I was thinking maybe I should stop closing my door @ night to prevent that in the future. And now I rarely completely close doors unless someone's in the house with me. Thanks for the video.

I would just like to say thank you on behalf of my family. Thank you to all who responded to the fire at my house (last Thursday night), you guys were awesome and you saved the future of my kids. They love that house that we just moved last year.

Last nite, there was an emergency on my block. I don’t know the particulars, but the wrong
address was given and your men ran down the street (no street lights here) with flashlights trying to quickly find the person in distress. It was an amazing display of dedication and team work.
I just had to write to say THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO – YOU ALL ARE INCREDABLE!
