LDVFD Signs Contract for New Ambulance

On August 28, 2024, during the LDVFD Membership Meeting, President Greg Albrecht along with Michael Putnam with Life Line Emergency Vehicles, signed the contract for LDVFD's new ambulance and also gave them first deposit to start the project. The last time LDVFD purchased their own ambulance was back in the 1980's.

The LDVFD has purchased a Life Line Emergency Vehicles Highliner Series Ambulance on a Kenworth T280 Chassis. This is the first Life Line Ambulance in Montgomery County, MD.
