We are truly heartbroken to announce the untimely passing of Firefighter/Rescuer III Alexander Silvey. He is a Montgomery County Career Firefighter assigned to Station 17 on B-Shift. Our sincerest prayers and thoughts go out to his family, friends and colleagues. Alex is a great guy, always willing to help out his shift mates and our volunteers. He worked great with everyone who had the honor of serving with Alex. Thank you for serving the citizens of our area and for all of Montgomery County with pride and dedication. You are already very missed brother.
